Biographical Sketch

Merging deep passions for excellence in patient care with law, Olivia C. Palmer DMD, JD has built a law practice which specializes in serving the needs of victims injured as the result of medical and dental malpractice, accidents or third-party negligence.
 
Dr. Palmer practiced dentistry in Charleston for 35 years, always placing the best interests of her patients first. She ardently believes patients have the right to expect competent, caring and highly skilled treatment.
 
Dr. Palmer is board certified in implant dentistry and is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry. She received her dental degree from Medical University of South Carolina and her law degree from Charleston School of Law. Her post-graduate dental education includes anesthesia, conscious sedation and implant dentistry. She is also an Affiliate Instructor in the Department of Oral Rehabilitation, College of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina.
 
Dr. Palmer opened Palmer Law Firm in 2013. In addition to counseling clients and handling their litigation, she is available to attorneys as a consulting expert witness for dental records review and co-counseling dental malpractice cases across the United States. She has been admitted Pro Hac Vice in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Maryland, Kentucky, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri and Idaho.
